Description:
The Arco Iris Transitional Living Program (TLP) has been designed to enhance the continuum of services for homeless youth in Webb County and to help these youth achieve their greatest human potential. The program provides shelter, case management, and life skills education to homeless male and female participants between the ages of 16 to 21. The Arco Iris Program's primary goal is to direct female and male adolescents toward healthy development as adults and to empower them in achieving independent living and self-sufficiency.

Services/Activities:
Case Management, Problem Identification and Referrals, Prevention Counseling, Case Management, and Curriculum-Based Life Skills Education.
