The PADRE program exists to provide intervention services to adolescent and adult parenting males and expecting fathers at risk for involvement or currently involved with the Department of Family and Protective Services with substance use disorders or who are at risk of developing these disorders, and who have children under the age of six.

Primary services include screening for substance abuse risk factors, referrals to community resources, curriculum-based parenting education, and case management. Cost: Services are provided at no cost to participants.
