The Quality Assurance Program of SCAN helps monitor the effective and efficient delivery of services provided by all agency programs (prevention, intervention, and treatment). In addition, the QA Program helps to ensure that each of these programs meets all contractual obligations of funding sources.

Incident report reviews, client satisfaction monitoring, fidelity of evidence-based services monitoring, chart and performance measure binder audits, time studies, technical assistance, and on-site facility inspections.
